1 SUBSCRIPTION
Our mailing list service is provided by Yahoo! Groups.  On supplying a valid e-mail address in the subscription field, you agree to become a member of Yahoo! Groups and to receive e-mails from SEXY-Guys.
2 MEMBERSHIP SETTINGS
2.1 As a member of the mailing list, your Yahoo! Groups e-mail preferences for this group must be set to 'Individual E-mails'.  If SEXY-Guys management notice your membership settings have been set to 'No E-mail", we reserve the right to (at our discretion):
1. Change your preferences to 'Individual E-mails' or
2. To remove you without notice from the mailing list service
2.2 For the duration of your membership to the mailing list, you must ensure that your e-mail address settings are kept up to date.  Due to the amount of administration involved in running SEXY-Guys and it's associated mailing list, SEXY-Guys management reserve the right to remove any member who has a 'bouncing' e-mail address from the mailing list service.  If we do remove your e-mail address from the mailing list, you are permitted to re-join once you have corrected the problems with your associated e-mail account if you should wish to do so.
2.3 We reserve the right to terminate your membership to the mailing list service at any time and without notice if you do not comply with any of the terms & conditions associated with the mailing list service.
2.4 You can unsubscribe from the mailing list service at any time by sending a blank e-mail to the following address:

3 PRIVACY
3.1 SEXY-Guys will only contact you via the mailing list under one (or more) of the following conditions:
  • To notify you that the website has been updated
  • To notify you of unexpected problems / planned website downtime
  • To notify you of any major website developments
  • To notify you of fund raising progress
  • To notify you of any changes to the terms & conditions of the mailing list
  • To notify you of any special deals that we may have arranged for our members
3.2 For your security, the associated Yahoo! Group for the mailing list service is set up so that only SEXY-Guys management and administrators can send out e-mails.

4 LEGAL
4.1 Your subscribing to join the mailing list and SEXY-Guys accepting your request does not constitute the proposed or actual forming of any legal / financial relationship between you and SEXY-Guys.
4.2 SEXY-Guys will not compensate or be held accountable for any failures on behalf of Yahoo! Groups or the website itself.
4.3 We reserve the right to terminate the mailing list service at any time and without notice.
